The details of the pattern are based on the silhouette of a formal shirt, adding refold technique of origami, and extending a lapel-like flip on the left to enrich frontal visual effect, and by using black and white contrasting colors to create a geometric visual effect, then having the straps around the waist, which can freely determine the amount of white area exposed, creating contrast visually; in order to build an epaulet- like effect, the right shoulder is joined with a piece of black fabric, thus, making the shirt more formal. The usage of color recalls our brand slogan in 21AW “White Is New Black”. By using the different tone of black and white, we perfectly present the relation of the shadow and pages while reading. These little details touch our brand’s DNA “Dark style Renaissance” atmosphere.
