The first impulse for the creation of this collection was, and remains, a vivid fascination with mushrooms. These extraordinary organisms display whimsical shapes and structures, with some mushrooms, their fruiting bodies, or spores resembling delicate lace. The designer was inspired to connect this natural beauty with the Baroque period, developing patterns reminiscent of Baroque brocade fabrics and lace. The entire collection’s silhouettes are also influenced by the era’s distinctive style.

The pattern, which from a distance evokes such luxurious textiles, is composed entirely of mushrooms, their mycelium, or spores. Illustrator Radka Martincová created these unique visuals especially for the collection.
