Inspired by Tezcatlipoca, the Aztec god of obsidian, often portrayed with a missing leg, the Marred Skirt explores absence as a source of power and transformation.

The design incorporates an intentional opening that reveals the leg, turning void into form. This gesture invites movement, freedom, and fluidity, allowing the body to complete the piece.

Marred does not speak of damage, but of openness, an imperfection that creates space for evolution. The skirt embraces contrast between structure and exposure, embodying a state of continuous change where what is missing becomes essential.
