This season, the design concept centers around the idea of a banquet table, where traditional clothing elements are deconstructed and reimagined to create a variety of garments infused with the characteristics of a "head chef." Continuously breaking down and reshaping conventional silhouettes, the collection embraces the brand's expertise in the deconstructive style of one garment, multiple wears. The result is a reconstruction and deconstruction of traditional styles into modern and trendy shirt designs, featuring the introduction of several classic gender-neutral pieces in this season's lineup.
The silhouette details are based on the visual profile of a formal shirt. In design, we've opted for the brand's distinctive stand-up collar style, deliberately replacing the first button of the shirt with a satin ribbon to echo the collar. To further complement this, we've deconstructed the left sleeve arm area to create a distressed appearance, incorporating buttonholes and satin ribbon at the openings. This allows for easy adjustment of the ribbon style according to different clothing pairings. Whether tied up or left to drape naturally, it effortlessly showcases your personality.
This shirt can be paired with the brand's classic Japanese deconstructed shorts, adding depth to the overall outfit and creating visually captivating effects. It can also be combined with the season's deconstructed wide-leg pants, offering a balance between elegant refinement and a distinct sense of design in the overall ensemble.
