Behind ÁLTERO is Victoria, an Argentinian fashion designer based in Paris with a focused approach in sustainable fashion, art and design.
ÁLTERO is a small brand that creates bags made from previously discarded plastic materials, reclaimed and carefully selected to become limited edition designer pieces. Plastic that is not reused, recycled or incinerated to create energy, becomes trash. This means it ends up in the sea, in the fields, around animals, on our dinner table or in giant piles of trash, staying there for years and years (if not forever!).
If it's going to stay, at least we could use it and make its durability meaningful!
